Honey Helpers is a small-batch, family-operated honey business based in Massachusetts and is a subsidiary of KLG Holdings LLC. All products are hand-harvested and packed in Massachusetts.
All honey and elderberry products are raw, natural, and minimally processed. Our products are food items intended for consumption by healthy adults. We make no medical claims regarding our products.
Important: Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Consult your physician before use if you have allergies, are pregnant, or are giving honey to children under 12 months of age.
Honey Helpers currently ships within Massachusetts only. We do not ship to other states at this time. Orders placed from outside Massachusetts will not be fulfilled and will be refunded. Local pickup may be available — contact us for details.
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. You will be notified by email if your order is cancelled.
All prices are listed in US dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price at the time the order is placed.
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Honey Helpers / KLG Holdings LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Honey Helpers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Massachusetts.

Honey Helpers does not offer refunds or exchanges on any products.
Our products are perishable food items that are hand-packed in small batches. Due to the nature of raw honey and fresh frozen elderberries, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been shipped or picked up.
We stand behind every product we ship. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
We will review your claim and, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement product at no charge. Replacements are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
To report a damaged or incorrect order, email amargolycz21@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Claims submitted after 48 hours will not be eligible for replacement.
Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement by emailing us directly. Once an order has been packed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
